I don't know how I am going to break it to my husband, but there is a new love in my life, the
cape. I have had this idea floating around in my head for a while (so would most mothers that have been trying to get
squirmy worm arms in to sleeves) it is a spring cape,
reversible with felt flower button detail. I really love this one. When I was trying it on Poppy my husband started laughing and calling her Super-Poppy, so I am embracing the name - able to puke over tall buildings in a single bound.

you come up with the most outrageously fab things -- i love this! every child should have a cape methinks. do you just swing it round when you want to protect clothing?!!

Super-duper!!! Poppy looks adorable in her little cape!
Thanks for calming words after my week from hell!
