The elephant wardrobe is still under construction this week, but the birthday girl doesn’t want to be outshone by a pachyderm so the party frock is underway. The dress is quite a simple silhouette and hoping the fabric and the fullness will do the work. It had to be pink, thankfully the gorgeous babushka fabric from Kelani is one pink I can definitely live with.
More creative goodness at Kirst’s house.

Oooh, yes, who would want to be shown up by an elephant. As sweet as that elephant is. Although... matching outfits anyone?

in the pink i think. gorgeous
Lead the way lady! I'm doing whatever you're doing. 'Pink' and 'live with' is an overdue compromise around these parts...
very sweet ~ the spots are lovely too
I'm totally with you on the fabric and the issue of pink.
She's going to look just adorable xo
love the baboushkas
I noticed a clothes line the other day covered in little pink things... thought it looked a lot like mine... I resisted for so long... now, I even make her pink stuff. You can't go wrong with babushka fabric.
Yes that pink is one pink I could live with too! Look forward to seeing the finished product ;)
