Apparently we have transformed into "LL (ladies love) Caleb J" (sorry to the vast majority whom the LL Cool J reference left you confused). Last week was Caleb's first full 5 days and he seems to be fitting in really well. The week-ends are pretty quiet though as tries to wind down after holding everything together during the week. He has a couple of little dudes that he runs around with - and a new lady every day. He has got one girl that runs to get his drink bottle if he needs it. Another sweet girl is getting his hat! I don't know where they are getting these ideas, but it is certainly not from around here. OK so it is not really love but so innocent and sweet all the same. There aren't words to express how proud I am of him and how well he is adapting to his new "big boy job". He does have lovely manners apparently, maybe that is it or it could be that he has the longest eye lashes in the history of man.
Anyway here is some LL Cool J for those that want a bit of old skool hip-hop (and who doesn't really). I am hoping Iris + Lily will be able to choose for next week.

Hehe - that song certainly brings back memories! My friends gifted me with the LP back in high-school :-)
Way to go Caleb!
Sounds to me like Caleb has the whole school thing sussed out! Good to hear he is doing well.
You gotta love some of those outfits!! That's great that Caleb seems to be adapting so well too - what a star! :D

Loved the music clip...you little boy sounds like he's really settled in...
Caleb sounds like he's having a great time! I'd love to choose next weeks theme, thanks!
Wow, sounds like little Caleb might be on the road to break a few hearts. Very cute! So glad he's enjoying school!
Sounds like Caleb has settled in well. Congratulations to you! Ps Thanks for the photo meme post. It gave me something to post about this week.
Cheers
Libby
nice to meet you tonight :-)
Caleb sounds like he is working the kinder crowd. No wonder he's allowed to wear any kind of footwear - i bet if he took off his crocs, a lovely young lady would be available to go get them too!!! Nice to meet you last night. See you at a brown owls soon :-)
have been poking around your blog and have found your stories about caileb so touching. i don't know much about aspergers but i rekkon i would hate that label too. am always attracted to people who are different to the norm and your little one sound like such a character. also sounds like he is lucky he has such insightful parenting happening and will florish and shine in an environment where differences are celebrated. how wonderful that the little girls are also taken with his unique charms. am looking forward to hearing more about caileb and poppy's adventures xx
