It has been flat out with school holidays and work this past week, but thank you so much for all the Parsley confidence, she is one happy elephant!
The last few days we had someone in to look after the kids in the mornings for a change of scenery. Yesterday, at the park though we forgot to bring home Poppy’s jacket. The executive decision was to take it as a compliment that someone decided to take it home by the time I realise it was missing. The original plans to turn this fabric into a dress, but since it is the only pink and wooly in the stash it now has a new purpose in life. It is heavier and scratchier than the wool but here’s hoping it passes as she only had the one jacket! I am still deciding on what detailing to got with but using the same pattern as the original.
More creative spaces over at the lovely Kirsty’s house.

Oh bummer. Well, good excuse to make another one! You always make the loveliest clothes. :)
What a shame, but no surprise! I am loving the look of the new one. Will it fit me?
that is a shame ~ so lovely too, not surprised someone decided to hold onto it for themselves
good luck with mach II
I love the fabric for this new one. She's one lucky girl. xo
I think that new one looks like it is going to be very special.
What a pity that the coat has gone.
Great fabric for the new coat... what an awesome stash you must have!
Sorry about the missing coat - so frustrating! Love the fabric for the new one though.
