Not much at all as it feels like i have been zapped of any energy, Glen’s new work trousers needed shortening, a bit of embroidery and not much else.
On the cards for this week, new school has non-compulsory uniform so Caleb voted for his own clothes so the pant-athon is about to whip into full swing. There are plans for some Oliver + S ones, but longer length and some simple elastic waist ones. I was contemplating a pile of shirts too, but just not enough hours in the day.

love that Oliver + S pattern - happy sewing and what a fortunate boy to have a crafty mum!
Lots of changes, good luck with them and the sewing. There is never enough hours in the day, if I ever find the stash of spares I'll send some your way :)
what a sweet pattern and I love the little doggie embroidery. Sounds like things are busy, hope you have some time for yourself xo
embroidery is gorgeous- and so much more fun than hemming work pants - ugh!

Loving your embroidery, it's so sweet. Lots on...and glad you're getting back to yourself and feeling better.
Look how beautifully the embroidery is coming along.
Good luck with the change. x
Being time poor is my greatest frustration!
Oh I do hope Caleb has a great time at his new school. Great new pants should be the ticket to a fun first day.
Not good at all to be sapped of energy when all this change is happening. Your embroidery is looking amazing as usual - keep making time for it - you probably need the meditative aspect of it now while everything is so hectic.
the embroidery keeps looking more and more stunning Cindy, the doggy is adorable.xo
I love it when there's sewing that "just has to be done" but can also be easily considered a bit of fun for us sewists! Win:win!
Nothing like a few new pairs of duds when you start a new school. Hope he (and you) love it.
Goodness. I have been HOPELESS keeping up with stuff lately. You know what I reckon? Baby step changes. You sound like you need lots of TLC and sleep and I'm betting Caleb won't mind a jot if his new trousers arrive later. Just mention the chooks!
Loving your embroidery..that dog is gorgeous!. Aren't Oliver + S patterns just heaven? Hope all is well in your little slice of the world :)
He will have the best pants at school!
Your embroidery is beautiful, I just looked at your creative space from last week.....I'm in awe!
Look after yourself too!
The embroidery is quite sweet..I could use a pattern like that for my little man, Cute!
Hope you find those extra hours we are all looking for :)
adore this embroidery, love, love the dog. Your other embroidery is gorgeous and I love the fabric you have used!
