My Creative Space

My creative space this week, a little lacking in the sewing/creative department. Glen's jacket is taking soooooo FREAKING long, and I am down to 1 week left until his birthday - eeek. This cold has put a dampener on my usual early morning work bees, Glen is even setting his alarm just to make sure I am in bed early. Thankfully I think the snot train is finally pulling out of the station. So what have I been creating, lots of tissues and Poppy has been doing some serious button meets playdough art. Never ever too young to start instilling the love of buttons I think and I have been really enjoying our mornings hanging out.

More spaces at Kirsty's - you may even find something creative unlike here.

Oh no! I hope you get better soon...
It's never to early to become addicted to playing with buttons.

it's so great when the little ones can start to play independantly, frees up time for adults to play independantly too!

Hope the snot train has left for good!!

Sorry to hear you've been unwell. Sew like crazy girl! Poppy looks so sweet, look at her, growing up so quickly! Love her playdough creation.

Oh, so my mother did do it on purpose! She always let us play with the buttons... :)

I hope you are getting better and that your poor little nose isn't getting sore from all those tissues!

Good luck with the jacket.

Glad your feeling better. Colds are not funny > but your snot train leaving the station did make me laugh!
Yay for playdough and teaming up with buttons sounds like a great idea.

playdough and buttons are so much fun at that age. buttons are fun at any age. Get well soon, seems a lot of virus's going round at the moment.

My 2 1/2 year old girl already has the button obsession and has a small collection I have given her which she totes around, loses, finds again... much grief inbetween, but I can understand how she feels!

Buttons, buttons, who's got the buttons? Poppy does! What a sweet little companion to play with. I'm glad to hear that Dr. Glenn is putting you to be early enough. Be well.

How cute is that little girl! Just gorgeous.

Hope you are feeling better.

And the jacket - good luck. I take about 17 years to complete things like that...
