Eye Spy ... A Taste of Summer

I love this theme from Anastasia (one of the main people that made me think about starting up the meme) but I have to admit that we are not really a summery type of family, we DON'T like to sweat here at Chez Bugandpop. I am not a beachy person, it mus miss a generation as my Mum loves it, I never really got it. I was going to put some cute pictures that we took a the pool last week, but seriously the last time we went was just after Poppy was born. Lycra has never been one of my homies either - eeek. So really this is my taste of summer, nice and icy, like the penguins at the new aquarium exhibit. Air con on and happy - oh yeah.

I am hoping that Lauren will be lovely enough to come up with next weeks theme. And check out all her beautiful hair pretties as well.

Cool exhibit! He, he, he. I am a summer lovin' girl but I do appreciate the air-con too. Great pic. :-)

I'm with you on the summer thing. I prefer some good air con and a cool drink.

That looks like the perfect place to hang out on a hot summer's day!

I love the idea of the beach but whenever I get there I realise there is way too much sand for my liking and can only bear the sun for about 10 minutes maximum. Give me aircon every time.

The penguins look great - think I will take Boo there when I get back home.

Ditto on the beach - I like the idea of it but it's not my scene. I'm definately the odd one out in my family, everyone else here loves it.

What a cool activity (excuse the pun)! I didn't know that they had penguins at the aquarium. Must go see.

Aquariums are so much fun! I went in to one in Valencia this summer, and the penguins were to cute.

The Doctor's a little concerned as to why Caleb is in the water with the penguins.. I had to tell him he's definitely not and that he's ok - he's safe.

I love Winter too. Nothing better than rugging up. Ahhh... Not that I want to wish away lazy Summer days, but I'm hearing you. It's a stinker for sure.
